Under this contract, the aim is to regularly audit the level of quality of the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance services provided by the company responsible for technical installations (HVAC, fire detection and protection, electric, water and sanitary installations, security and electromechanical equipment) in the different administrative buildings (approximately 100 000 m2) occupied by the Committees.

The contractor's main assignment will be to:

— monitor the condition of all the technical installations and equipment in terms of their functionality (efficiency, reliability and safety), and record this data in regular reports,

— regularly assess (audit) the level of quality of the maintenance carried out on technical installations and equipment by the maintenance company contracted by the Committees,

— check that the installations comply with applicable standards, regulations and legislation.

The Committees may also call upon the contractor to perform certain specific assignments.
