single photons with power supply for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, i.e.:
1) photodetector – avalanche diode – 6 pcs.

• Noise level < = 50c/s
• Dead time <50 ns
• Detection efficiency >= 70% at 670 nm, >=50% in the range of 500-820 nm,
>=30% dla 460-900nm
• Linearity of response up to a minimum of 1 MHz
• Active area of the photodetector 100 um diameter
• Time resolution of 1000 ps or better
• Output pulse duration <= 17 ns
• TTL output pulse voltage 3 V
• Possibility to activate the module – gate TTL
2) dedicated power supply, 220V power supply – 6 pcs.
- on the terms and within the scope specified in the draft agreement (Annex 1 to the SWZ,
in the annexes to the draft agreement, in the SWZ and in the annexes to the CMS.
3. Supplied equipment is to be factory new, coming from official channels
Distribution manufacturer, free from physical and legal defects, 100% efficient.
4. The equipment is to hold all the required right for this type of equipment accreditation and
certificates (e.g. CE).
5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation shall be included in the draft contract
together with attachments, constituting Annex 1.
6. Warranty term for the supplied Equipment (for each item of the ordered Equipment from
except for parts and materials of glass and consumables): 12 months from
following the date of signing the Confirmatory Acceptance Report
