General planner services for the planning and construction of one collection point each for waste and small quantities of hazardous waste within the properties of the Bundeswehr "Hermann-Köhl-Kaserne" in Niederstetten and "Nibelungenkaserne" in Walldürn.

The essentially identical properties at both locations consist of the covered collection point including a building complex with the associated functional rooms and an open-air storage area for non-hazardous stored goods. In addition, at both locations measures to develop access to supply and disposal lines and an extension of the adjacent traffic areas are required to varying degrees.

For each project, a separate general planner contract is created, each with 7 parts of the relevant specialization.

4) telecommunications and information technology systems;

5) use-specific facilities;

6) building automation;

f) Structural design covered collection point:

Specialist Planning Structural Design Lph 1 to 6

g) Structural design of a building complex with functional areas:

Specialist Planning Structural Design Lph 1 to 6

Additional Services:

h) consultant services fire protection (pre-planning to documentation);

i) Consultant services Sigeko (planning and execution phase).

The coordination of the overall project is allocated to engineering structures on the basis of the largest proportion of the chargeable costs of the property planning listed under a). For this reason, the range of services for the object planner services listed under a) is extended by special services and correspondingly reduced for the planner services listed under b), c) and d).

Estimated gross construction costs:

Niederstetten collection point: EUR 1 880 000, of which infrastruct. Development 765 000 EUR

Walldürn collection point: EUR 1 450 000, of which infrastruct. Development 340 000 EUR
