Lot 1 is for the creation of websites and associated services.

Lot 2 is for the application and evolutionary maintenance of websites.

the framework agreement is concluded according to the open tender procedure in accordance with Article L.2124-2 and Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-2 and R.2161-4 of the Public Procurement Code. The lots resulting from this consultation constitute framework agreements for subsequent contracts, concluded without minimum amount but with a maximum amount set at EUR 1 200 000.00 excluding VAT (lot 1) and EUR 900 000.00 excluding VAT (lot 2) over the entire duration of the framework agreement, including renewals.

the estimated notification dates are Week 47 2023 (lot 2) and week 10 2024 (lot 1)

The purpose of this lot is the creation of websites and associated services to cover the needs of all Constructys Departments (including Marketing and Service Offering, Communication, Studies and Research and Information Systems), as well as their maintenance.

The purpose of lot 2 is to provide a set of application and evolutionary maintenance services (specific and standard settings) on Constructys websites as well as security actions (version upgrades, security patches, etc.), but also to organize and integrate the sources of Constructys websites into its Git environment.
