The purpose of this contract is the completion of a tender through an "open procedure" for the assignment of the extraordinary maintenance of R-4400 and R-4200 digesters according to the quantities, conditions and procedures provided for in the "Special Tender Specifications", in the documents attached thereto, as well as under the conditions set out in the Tender Regulations and their respective annexes.
