The subject of this contract is the design and implementation of works as part of the task: "Revitalization of railway line No. 210 on the Szczecinek-Runowo Pomorskie section - Stage II".

The subject of this Order is the design and execution of works as part of the task: "Revitalization of railway line No. 210 on the section Szczecinek-Runowo Pomorskie - Stage II".

The contract includes the design and execution of construction and assembly works for the replacement of track pavement of railway track No. 210 in track 1 on the section from km 99,000 to km 113,145 and on track 1 from km 131,196 to km 139,107 and construction of platforms No. 1 after Jelenino, platform No. 2 on the Małe Małe, platform No. 2 on Żelisław Pomorskie, platform No. 2 on Suliszewo Drawskie and platform No. 2 on Wiewiecko along with the construction of passages between platforms and pavements, lighting and 4-hole cable sewerage.

The entire subject of the Order includes the implementation of the following elements:

1) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the Order;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the Order on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in item 1), and all the preparatory works necessary to perform the entrusted Order and to perform all activities required by law;

3) assessing the compliance of the structural infrastructure subsystem covered by the scope of the Contract at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem).

The contract includes the design and implementation of track works and traveler service facilities (platforms).
