the object of the
contract is the maintenance in operational condition of the meteorological systems Séphira.

The fleet to be supported consists of 9 SÉPHIRA meteorological systems (Station for the Development of Atmospheric Profiles and Radiosondes for Ground-to-Ground Artillery), their tools and associated spares. The SEPHIRA system is integrated into PVP (Small Protected Vehicle). A SEPHIRA system includes the following equipment:

-Radiation stations;

-Meteorological observation stations;

-Weather Workstations;

-Telecommunications systems.

the main services to be performed are:

-On-site preventive and corrective maintenance;

-Factory repairs;

-Supply of spare parts;

-Configuration Management;

-Obsolescence management;

-Processing of technical facts;

-Support of system and application software and maintenance in security condition.

PVP support is out of scope.

this draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code.

This draft contract includes both flat-rate services and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders pursuant to Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code.

Services on provision:

Pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the contract may present significant technical hazards, it will include a share of supplies and services that could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract.
