The Special Education School Authority, SPSM, (the Customer) carries out a procurement of food including deliveries to ordering units and hereby invites to submit tenders, according to the instructions below and attached documents.

The procurement will result in a framework agreement where the supplier meets SPSM's need for a requested service.

The contract period is from 2023-06-01 to 2025-05-31 with the possibility for the customer to extend the agreement by a maximum of 12 plus 12 months.

Notification of extension is given no later than 3 months before the end of the contract period. The purpose is to enter into agreements for the call-off of procured goods during the contract period. The agreement sets out all the conditions for call-offs. The agreement shall be usable by all of the Customer's units.
