Printing and distribution of exam materials for conducting the professional exam in January-February 2024 (Winter session) and June-July 2024 (Summer session)

1. The subject of the contract is the printing and distribution of examination materials for conducting the exam confirming qualifications in the profession / vocational exam in January-February 2024 (Winter session) and June-July 2024 (Summer session), including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for shipment (sorting and packaging) and distribution of examination materials to schools, institutions, examination centers for the exam confirming qualifications in the profession / vocational exam for Polish, hereinafter referred to as the professional examination. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is specified in the annexes to the SWZ: 1) Annex 1a – description of the subject of the contract – Task I; 2) Annex 1b – description of the subject of the contract – Task II 3) Annex 1c – additional requirements for examination papers Annex 1c to the SWZ, due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained therein, cannot be made available on the website of the proceedings. In connection with the above, the Contracting Authority, bearing in mind the dispositions of Article 133(3) of the PPL, informs that Annex 1c to the SWZ will be made available to Contractors at the headquarters of the Central Examination Commission in Warsaw, 6 Lewartowskiego Street (main secretariat), on working days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays), from 9:00 to 15:00, from the date of publication of the SWZ on the website of the procedure until the deadline for submitting tenders. Before making the content of the attachment available, the Contractor must sign a confidentiality obligation, containing requirements related to maintaining its confidential nature according to the content specified in Annex 1d to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure that activities related to access to the content of examination materials, i.e. protect them against unauthorized disclosure, only by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code, in accordance with the provisions of the model contract, which constitutes Annex 5 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor undertakes, within 14 days from the date of signing the Agreement, to provide proof of the conclusion of the third party liability policy together with the premium paid. The Contractor is obliged to conclude at its own expense and maintain civil liability insurance during the period of performance of the public procurement contract. The third party liability policy must meet at least the conditions set out in § 2 clauses 20-29 of the Model Agreement - Annex 5 to the SWZ

The subject of the contract is the printing and distribution of examination materials for conducting the exam confirming qualifications in the profession / vocational exam in January-February 2024 (Winter session) and June-July 2024 (Summer session), including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for shipment (sorting and packaging) and distribution of examination materials (m.in. examination papers for the written and practical exam, CDs, secure envelopes, examination materials, packages up to 10 kg) to schools, institutions, examination centers for the exam confirming qualifications in the profession / vocational exam in the Polish, hereinafter referred to as the vocational exam. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is specified in the annexes to the SWZ: 1) Annex 1a – description of the subject of the contract – Task I 2) Annex 1b – description of the subject of the contract – Task II 3) Annex 1c – additional requirements for examination papers. Annex 1c to the SWZ, due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained therein, cannot be made available on the website of the proceedings. The Contracting Authority does not provide for partial bids. The order constitutes one of the parts of the order for printing and distribution of examination materials carried out by the Ordering Party. 7. The contracting authority does not provide for the submission of variant bids. 8. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL. 9. The contracting authority does not require and does not allow the submission of an offer in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the offer, in the situation specified in Article 93 of the PPL 10. Before initiating the procedure, the contracting authority conducted preliminary market consultations in order to prepare the procedure and inform contractors about its plans and requirements regarding the contract. Before initiating the procedure, the contracting authority also placed an announcement on its own website in order to determine the estimated value of the contract. Information about the content is available on the website of https://bip.cke.gov.pl/. Term of the contract – the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract within no more than 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
