1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
a) collection, transport and management of the entire mass of generated municipal waste, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, generated and collected from inhabited properties located within the administrative borders of the Mszczonów municipality in the years 2024 - 2025,
b) collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the years 2024 - 2025.
The subject matter of the contract must be carried out regardless of weather conditions, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the regulations. A detailed description and manner of execution of the contract is contained in the description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the "SOPZ", constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference and the Model Agreement - Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference.
1. The scope of the order shall include:
a) collection, transport and management of the entire mass of generated municipal waste, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, generated and collected from inhabited properties located within the administrative borders of the Mszczonów municipality in the years 2024 - 2025,
b) collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the years 2024 - 2025.
The subject of the contract should be carried out regardless of weather conditions, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of:
1) the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469),
2) Resolution No. 3/19 of the Regional Assembly of the Mazovian Voivodeship on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 (PGO WM 2024) and Resolution No. 4/19 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024,
3) Resolution No. XXIII/190/20 of the City Council in Mszczonów of 26 August 2020, on the publication of the consolidated text of the resolution on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Mszczonów,
4) Resolution No. XVI/136/20 of the City Council in Mszczonów of 10 January 2020 on the determination of the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.
