Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Lubaczów commune

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Lubaczów commune.

The subject of the Order is:

1) collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate (including real estate that is partly real estate on which residents live, and in part real estate on which residents do not live) in the Lubaczów Commune in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of waste subject to biodegradation transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and local law provisions valid during the performance of the contract, in particular specifying the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and the management of this waste, the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lubaczów Commune.

From the owners of inhabited properties on which waste is generated, any amount of municipal waste displayed in front of the property will be collected and managed
