1. The subject of the contract is "Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Ujazd from properties where residents live and collection, transport and management of waste from properties owned by the Municipality of Ujazd".

2. The item of the order was divided into 2 parts:

1) Part 1 "Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Ujazd Municipality from properties where residents live for 2024",

2) Part 2 "Collection, transport and management of waste from real estate owned by the Municipality of Ujazd in 2024".

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1A/1B to the Terms of Reference.

"Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Ujazd Municipality from properties where residents live for the year 2024", the scope of the contract includes, m.in:

a) provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Ujazd, Tomaszów District, Łódź Voivodeship, originating from real estate where residents live, in accordance with the provisions of: the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2019 – 2025, taking into account the years 2026 – 2031 adopted by the resolution of the Łódź Voivodeship Assembly No. XXXVI/466/21 of 28 September 2021.

b) transport of collected waste in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

c) equipping, at the Contractor's expense, the serviced properties with a container/containers for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and with a container(s) or plastic bag(s) for waste collected in a selective manner, while maintaining the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ujazd Commune.

a) The subject matter of the contract for lot 2 has been divided into 2 tasks.

- Task No. 1 is to consist in the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste with code 20 03 01 - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, 15 01 02 - plastic packaging, 15 01 07 - glass packaging and 15 01 01 - paper and cardboard packaging, from real estate owned by the Municipality of Ujazd in 2024".

- Task No. 2 is to consist in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste code 20 03 01 - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, from kp-7 containers.
