The subject of the Order is the preparation of pre-design documentation and design documentation, including the Construction Design and the Executive/Technical Design with all arrangements with network operators, in particular PSE and PGE-D, formal and legal arrangements and obtaining a Building Permit for the final power supply of the airport for the Central Communication Port.
