The target of the procurement is the joint procurement of IT equipment for the Tornio City Group and its subsidiaries, the municipality of Tervola and the Kemi-Tornionlaakso education consortium Lappia and its subsidiary Lappia-Koulutus Oy.

Partial bids are allowed. The acquisition is divided into three parts:

Part 1. Laptops and desktops

Part 2. Screens

Part 3. Chromebooks and Tablets

The tenderer may submit a tender for one, several or all of the lots (1 to 3).

On the basis of this call for tenders, the three (3) most economically advantageous framework contractors shall be selected in order of priority, provided that there are a sufficient number of eligible tenderers.

The contracting parties also have the right to purchase other supplies related to the procurement in accordance with the title as needed. In this case, a lightened tendering process will be carried out between the tenderers selected for the framework agreement for equipment according to the needs of each contracting party, which may differ from the example configuration. The products to be put out to tender must meet the quality requirements required by the customer party. In this case, the cheapest price is used as the basis for comparison.
