Part 1 – Dęblin Radom

Preparation of 17 appraisal reports determining the market value of the ownership right to premises together with the specification of the value of the share in the land for individual premises, for the purposes of sale to entitled persons based on the provisions of the Act of 10 July 2015 on the Military Property Agency (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2061) or based on the provisions of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 344), located in Dęblin and Radom

Part 2 – Zamość

Preparation of 3 appraisal reports determining the market value of the ownership right to premises along with the specification of the value of the share in the land for individual premises, for the purposes of sale to entitled persons based on the provisions of the Act of 10 July 2015 on the Military Property Agency (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2061) or based on the provisions of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 344), located in Zamość.

Part 3 – Jarosław Przemyśl
