Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is tendering for a social care provider who will work in close partnership with the Trust, to provide supported accommodation for female adults with complex mental ill health backgrounds.

Adult female service users admitted to the forensic services, having completed a period of treatment and rehabilitation, approach a stage in recovery where on-going supervision and support is required in the community to maintain stability, continue on-going rehabilitation and specialist risk management.

The service will:

1) Deliver a high standard of individualised and specialist forensic care within the community;

2) Reduce length of stay for service users currently in medium/low secure units;

3) Facilitate transition into independent living;

4) Actively promote better mental health and well-being;

5) Enhance social inclusion.
