7) acceptance and delivery of real estate on the basis of delivery and acceptance protocols,

8) determining personal data of non-contractual users of real estate

9) service of lists and notices

Lustration, monitoring, service of real estate included in the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury, inspection of real estate related to the exercise of the right of pre-emption and other activities referred to in paragraph 3.4 of the SWZ. Conditions and deadlines for the implementation of the subject of the contract:

1) the provision of services performed under this contract will take place in the area or headquarters of the Branch Section located in Wrocław at 2 Kunickiego Street

2) The contractor will be obliged to provide services (including field work) in the amount of 150 hours per month.

3) the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with free organizational and technical support, including:

a) equipped office workstation, with access to basic technical devices, including a computer, copier, telephone, enabling the performance of activities within the scope provided for in the contract,

b) sending and receiving correspondence related to the service provided,

c) completing and making available the source documents necessary for a given case.

4) The Contractor is obliged to properly use the property made available for the purposes of proper performance of the subject of the Agreement

5) The Contracting Authority informs that as part of the provision of free organizational and technical service, it does not provide for making available means of transport for the provision of services. The contractor will carry out activities using its own means of transport, performing about 3000 km per month.

6) Before issuing an invoice for the services rendered, the Contractor shall be obliged to prepare lists of services rendered, in particular financial, qualitative and quantitative settlements for matters conducted together with hourly settlement.

7) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have the ability to read geodetic maps along with reference to their content in the field and to use a GPS receiver.

8) other terms of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ. Submission of the offer is tantamount to acceptance of the draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract.
