Demolition projects of all project values. Typically the work will be comprised of the following categories:

High rise work (hand, machine, high reach or explosives).

Low rise work (hand or machine).

Emergency responsive call out work.

Securing and boarding up of empty and dilapidated properties.

Asbestos Removal.

Waste removal/disposal.

Salford City Council intends to split the demolition framework into 3 Lots, Planned demolition work, emergency response in hours only and demolition enabling, and emergency security work 24hrs.
