The main purpose of the mission is to recruit technical assistance to the Project Management Unit (PMU), so that, on one hand, Jirama is able to carry out the project to strengthen the system for the supply of drinking water to Greater Antananarivo (Jirama Water III — priority), in accordance with relevant national and international standards, and to comply with EIB requirements linked to its funding, and on the other hand, to contribute to enhancing the capacities of the PMU with regard to project management and implementation. A secondary objective is to implement the communication plan established by the EIB, in order to ensure visibility of the EU and the EIB support for the project.
