ZAAM is a self-insured person for the WGA. As an employer, ZAAM is therefore responsible for the WGA benefit of its permanent and flexible (former) employees. The costs for this are borne by ZAAM. The objective of this tender is to contract a service provider who can take over the costs for the WGA benefits, when ZAAM is no longer able to pay these costs. In the event of ZAAM's insolvency, this service provider guarantees the WGA charges.

The WGA Guarantee premium for 2022 amounts to approximately € 61,000,-. This includes commission and insurance premium tax.
