We wish to appoint a Contractor to undertake the E.S.P minor works of the aforementioned property to provide 9no. 1P/1B supported housing self contained apartments. The apartments will be used as following:

1 no 1P/1B apartment for continual staff presence

1 no 1P/1B apartment for communal space

7 no 1P/1B apartments for supported housing (young adults leaving care)
