The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for planning and engineering design services in accordance with requirements.

The Contracting Authority requests tenders for consultancy services concerning planning and engineering assignments. The tender shall be a basis for a framework agreement with several service providers.

The contractual works involve a framework agreement for planning and engineering design of several smaller and medium sized assignments in Region Mid-Norway.

Demand will primarily be for work on:

— Reports in connection with the road network;

— Preliminary projects/feasibility studies;

— Municipal sector plans;

— Impact assessments;

— Development plans;

— Construction schedules;

— Preparation of tender documentation for contracts;

— Quality assurance of developed plans.

Construction Management.

— Measures, operations and maintenance services for existing roads.
