The subject of the contract is: Update of design documentation for: Extension of the district road No. 1483B on the section Wólka - Biele (Juchnowiec Kościelny commune) - construction of a bicycle path

A detailed description of the contract is provided in Chapter III of this SWZ.

1. 1. DESIGN OUTPUT

The Poviat Road Administration in Białystok has and will make available the design documentation developed in 2016 for the "Extension of the county road No. 1483B on the section Wólka - Biele in the scope of construction of a bicycle path (Juchnowiec Kościelny commune)" by the design office DROGOWIEC Sp. z o.o.:

- geotechnical surveys,

- a plan for felling trees and shrubs,

- executive design of the road industry with the redundant and ST part,

- executive design (technical) bridge industry with redundancy and ST part,

- executive design of the sanitary industry (reconstruction of the water supply network and pressure sanitary sewage system) with a redundant and ST part developed on the basis of the technical conditions for the reconstruction of the water supply network and the pressure sanitary sewage network of 30.09.2016, which were valid for a period of 3 years,

- a project for the permanent organization of traffic,

- opinions obtained in accordance with the "special road act" from the Podlaskie Voivodeship Board in Białystok, the District Board in Białystok, the Provincial Board of Land Reclamation and Water Facilities in Białystok, the Podlaskie Provincial Conservator of Monuments,

- water permit of 03.04.2017. for the construction of a water device – a footbridge over the Turośnianka River and a change in the location of the existing passages of the sanitary sewage system KS 2x90 and the W200 water supply system under the Turośnianka River and for the reconstruction of water facilities, i.e. repositioning the drainage outlet and a drainage collector with a diameter of 125 in the event of their collision with the planned construction of the footbridge

- water permit of 07.06.2017r. for the demolition of the old and construction of a new culvert located on the section of the county road No. 1483B within Wólka, commune of Juchnowiec Kościelny.

For the purposes of the above-mentioned study, projects of division of plots have been prepared, parts of which are necessary to complete the task.

2. SCOPE OF THE STUDY

2.1. Proposed nature of works: construction

2.2. Technical parameters for design:

2.2.1 Road class: standard Z,

2.2.2 Pedestrian and bicycle path located on a separate body left side – location consistent with the bicycle path developed as part of the design documentation for the "Extension of the district road No. 1483B on the section Wólka - Biele in the scope of construction of a bicycle path (Juchnowiec Kościelny commune)" by the design office DROGOWIEC Sp. z o.o.

2.2.3 Passage through the government Turośnianka – footbridge for pedestrians and bicycles; the developed design documentation provides for the construction of a three-span footbridge with a reinforced concrete supporting structure with a structure set directly on the foundation feet; load-bearing structure of the frame footbridge. Theoretical span of the footbridge 8.60m (between the foundation axes), total length 13.0m, width 3.40m.

2.2.4 Reconstruction/extension of culvert at km 11+836 with arc-circular cross-section B=1.49m, H=1.24m in the ditch

2.3. Construction (technology) of the pavement:

2.3.1. Construction of pedestrian and bicycle pathways — phaseless concrete paving stones on a non-aggregate mix foundation

Develop all the necessary materials and obtain all arrangements for a building permit. The cost of arrangements, including decisions on water permits/water law notifications, is borne by the design unit. The contracting authority provides for obtaining consent for the implementation of a road investment under the "Special Road Act". The project is made on the current map for design purposes. The title of the construction project should be agreed with the Ordering Party.

Proper execution of the map includes the following actions:

- comparison of the existing map with the terrain and marking on it existing and planned elements of technical infrastructure and engineering structures, roadside ditches, permanent and non-permanent fences,

- calculation of coordinates of border points to be included on the map of the road lane,

- making update measurements (situational and altitude),

- development of a situational and altitude map in a scale of 1:500

- registration of the study in the District Centre for Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation in Białystok.
