The Droste-Hülshoff-Gymnasium in Rottweil is to be expanded.
The school is located in the inner city area and consists of three building parts built in 1959 (building A), 1965 (building B) and 1979 (demolition building).
The buildings A + B were renovated in the years 2020 - 2022, the demolition building is now to be replaced by a new building on an area south of the two renovated buildings and demolished after its completion.
The new building is planned as a two-storey flat-roofed building (ground floor and upper floor) with partial basement and reinforced concrete construction (BRI approx. 10,900m³). The auditorium is attached to the northeastern part of the new building as a single-storey structure. The new building is connected to the existing buildings on the ground floor and on the upper floor via a connecting building with a staircase.
The following measures are planned on the main roof and on the roof surface of the single-storey auditorium:
- Extensive green roof, incl. gravel edge strip approx. 1100 m²
- PV substructure
- Bituminous roof waterproofing approx. 1100 m²
- Gefälledämmung PUR WLG 023 ca. 1100 m²
