KG 300 according to cost estimate: approx. EUR 1.65 million (gross)

KG 400 according to cost estimate: approx. EUR 0.61 million (gross)

The existing St. Marien daycare center does not meet the functional and energetic requirements in its current state. The following measures are required as a matter of priority:

Functional:

- Relaxation room for group 2 (crèche group)

- For groups 2 and 4 there must be 4 toilets

- Sanitary room for group 3

- Create personal toilets according to the number of employees

- Changing room for staff

- Staff room and kitchenette too small

- Barrier-free toilet is not available

- Accessibility in visitors and user areas is not given

- Workroom/therapy room for group 2 is missing

Energetic:

- Replacement of windows

- Insulation roof

- Insulation façade

- Renewal of the heating system

- Installation of ventilation units

The necessary basic determination and preliminary planning was carried out by the architectural firm Göhring from Coburg. The documents prepared are part of the tender documents.

September 2024 is planned as a possible start for the structural implementation. Completion is scheduled for summer 2026, so that use can begin in September 2026.
