The contractual period of validity, for each of the Lots subject to the tender, is scheduled to start from 01/03/2024 to 28/02/2027, possibly renewable for a further 2 (two) years under the same agreements and conditions as well as at prices not higher than those in force - without prejudice to the possible application of the price revision clause.

Pursuant to art. 61 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, the right to participate in this procedure is reserved for economic operators and social cooperatives and their consortia whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged, when at least 30% of the workers of the aforementioned economic operators are workers with disabilities or disadvantaged workers.
