The procurement will be held in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) PPR 2016-08-12-974. part I and part III. A contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (1).

Lånekassen needs cleaning services for daily cleaning including consumables thereof for sanitary services at Lånekassen's offices in Ørsta and Stavanger. There is also a need for additional assignments such as spring cleaning, polishing, window cleaning, etc.

The agreement period is 4 years with option for 1 year + 1 year extension to a total period of 6 years.
