Inflamer for sea mines

The object of the order is development work (PR) pk. ELEKTRON, which aims to develop a new type of igniter (electric burner) for medium ship (OS) and large ship (OD) naval mines, compatible with the currently equipped Armed Forces igniters for these mines based on WKM-90 type burnout.

The Contractor will be obliged to implement PR in the mode and on the principles set out in Annex 3 to DECISION No 141/MON of the Minister of National Defence of 5 July 2017 on the system of acquisition, operation and the withdrawal of military equipment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Urz. Min. Rate. Nar. item 149, of late. d.). The PR will include two stages: 1) defining assumptions for design (OZP) and 2) design and development (PiR), with the provision that the implementation of the PiR stage will be subject to acceptance by the Ordering Party of the OZP stage resulting documents.

The result of the PR will be the technical documentation of the product (DTW) - a new type of igniter, to which the property rights copyright, within the meaning of the USTATE of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1062), switch to the Contracting Authority within the remuneration set out in between the parties to the Agreement.

A detailed description of the item of the order will be included in the SWZ, which will be sent to the Contractors invited to tender.
