The Norwegian Food Safety Authority needs to enter into framework agreement on ICT consultancy services in the spectrum from strategy to operative implementation of methodology, framework, processes and plans. Examples of areas that the framework agreement shall cover are: portfolio management, project management, system management, estimation and estimation models, code evaluation, digitalisation, testing and initial inspection.
