Scope of services of this tender are roofing and roof plumbing works for new buildings and renovation.

Length-oriented façade scaffolding as work and protective scaffolds are provided on site for all companies involved in the construction.

The roofing and plumbing work include

- floor sealing of concrete floor slabs,

- Insulated and uninsulated roof superstructures with 1-layer sealing seal made of plastic sheet - Roof drainage of new buildings,

- Renovation of existing roof waterproofing, new coverage with 1-ply plastic sheet,

- renewal of existing roof drainage,

- Roofing with sandwich elements, including the substructure of wooden purlins.

Roofing and roof plumbing work:

- about 850 m 2 Sealing of the base plate, bitumen welding line DIN EN 13969 - G 200 S4,

- about 650 m 2 Roof waterproofing on new flat roofed and tented roofs, polymer bitumen vapor barrier with aluminum composite insert, EPS skidding insulation, roof waterproofing, single layer, EVA BV-K-PV / GV-1,5 plastic sheet, protective layer and gravel ballast,

- 8 St light domes 60/90 cm made of acrylic glass, Aufsetzkranz made of PVC,

- about 400 m 2 Roof waterproofing on flat inclined roof, check substrate, repel bubbles / wrinkles, leveling / leveling layer of bituminous membrane G200DD, roof waterproofing, single layer, plastic sheet EVA BV-K-PV / GV-1.5 SK,

- about 320 m 2 Steel-PUR sandwich element as a roof seal, element length 8.20 m attached to squared timbers,

- approx. 370 m titanium gutter gutter gutter, half round as external drainage,

- approx. 65 m downpipe made of titanium zinc, round as external drainage,

- approx. 140 m window seat cover made of titanium zinc,

- Approx. 60 m wall cover on noise protection wall as galvanized sheet metal cover or coated aluminum cover, with trapezoidal sheet and separating layer.
