The present consultation concerns a framework agreement of Project Management (MOE) with a view to making the penitentiary establishments of the DISP of Lyon accessible.

The project management mission elements relate to rehabilitation operations of building works, within the meaning of article R. 2431-5 of the public order code. They may be supplemented by the following additional missions: OPC, CSSI, EXE.
