The subject of this contract is the modernization of the gas turbine SGT 300 (TEMPEST) for the Opole ECO SA Branch. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Part III of the ToR.

1. The contractor will review the SGT300 gas turbine manufactured by Siemens (in accordance with the turbine manufacturer's nomenclature - Type B review).

2. The turbine will have approximately 25,000 hours of work since its last core replacement on the day the contract begins.

3. The Type B review shall be carried out by the Contractor in the Workshop, with the exception of those activities which were clearly indicated that they should be performed at the Employer's Plant.

4. The entire scope is implemented by the Contractor and to the extent it is explicitly specified below also with the participation of the Employer.

5. The scope includes all additional services and activities - in particular: transport services, decommissioning and start-up of the core (Turbines), including delivery of the core replacement kit (Turbines); dismantling and installation services, as well as other obligations of the Contractor described in the Contract.
