Services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, harvesting and skidding wood to be performed in the Świeradów Forest District in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2023.

The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the area of adm. Forest District Świeradów. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 parts ("Packages").

3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order

1) Forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of logging and skidding to be performed in the Świeradów Forest District in 2023.

2) The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of logging and skidding of wood resulting from the Annex. No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex. No. 3 to SWZ - "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology" which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1 and Appendix No. 3.2.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) Procedures for the acceptance of forestry works - Annex 3 to SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package"). The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.

8) The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Świeradów Forest District.

9) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry appropriate for a given package.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts - Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the contract subst. The material scope of services will not exceed 40% of the value of this contract.
