The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for contact measurements of surface stereometry, for optical measurements of multidimensional elements and for measurements of shape outlines to the Independent L4 Length Laboratory in the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce. The subject of the contract, apart from delivery, also includes training of station users, quality assurance and performance of calibration

stations, as well as their commissioning and assembly.

2. The contracting authority divided the contract into three lots.

Delivery of the device - contact profilometer with the necessary equipment, the Description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex 5a to the SWZ. The Proposed Contractual Provisions, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to

SWZ and are identical for each of the parts of the contract.

Delivery of the device - a 3D scanner with the necessary equipment, the Description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex 5b to the SWZ. The Proposed Contractual Provisions, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to

SWZ and are identical for each of the parts of the contract.

Delivery of an instrument for measuring shape outlines together with the necessary equipment, the Description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex 5c to the SWZ. The Draft Contractual Provisions, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constitute Annex 4 to the SWZ and are identical for each part of the contract.
