The subject of the contract is the agency sale of railway tickets at stationary points in the Polish using a website or mobile application based on Unified Commercial Conditions (UWH).
PKP Intercity, as a carrier operating long-distance passenger transport by rail, introduces a new model of cooperation in the field of agency ticket sales. The cooperation is addressed to all partners who have a mobile application or website to sell at least b2c services in at least 50 stationary points. Those interested in cooperation should meet the criteria contained in the application form for stationary points (form available at: http://www.intercity.pl/uwh). After positive verification, the contract will be signed, and to start cooperation, it is necessary to integrate the agent's sales system with the PKP Intercity sales system. The carrier shall provide a dedicated online interface for this purpose. The integration stage is completed with acceptance tests.
In the first stage of cooperation, one-off tickets for direct trains run by PKP Intercity in Poland will be made available in the Agenta sales system. It is possible to extend the sale to other domestic offers (after confirmation by the parties).
As part of the commission fee for the sale of PKP Intercity tickets, the Agent is to provide refund and exchange functions, invoices and complaint handling.
