The municipalities of Hausjärvi and Loppi procure between 50,000 and 250,000 euros annually for infrastructure and

land use planning from external experts. This acquisition includes:

a framework agreement for consultancy services for the use of the municipalities of Hausjärvi and Loppi.

The framework agreement will be put out to tender for four years for the period 1.2.2023-31.1.2027. Each

2-4 consultants are selected for the subdivision, with whom a separate contract is concluded.

The subscriber can take from the selected framework contract partners the one that is best suited

for the planned work task. The framework agreement does not bind the customer to a specific order quantity.

The framework agreement is divided into subtasks as follows:

2. Design of skill structures and bridge inspections

The task also includes bridge condition surveys and special inspections.

Construction and repair plans may include the preparation of contract documents or permit applications.

The task includes the dimensioning of stormwater systems and the planning of stormwater arrangements. The tasks may take the form of surveys related to land use planning or planning work related to the implementation of public areas.

In connection with the design of buildings, documents related to the acquisition are drawn up to the extent that they are not covered by the planning of municipal engineering.

Noise and vibration surveys are carried out at different stages of land use planning. The most common assignments are to prepare a forecast mode and to make recommendations on the distances between functions and noise abatement measures.

Argeological surveys and cultural-historical assessments are carried out in connection with land use planning. The assignments are most commonly extensive studies related to general planning and site reviews related to detailed planning.

The work produces a report with recommendations and a spatial dataset.

Nature surveys are carried out in connection with land use planning. The assignments are most commonly extensive studies related to general planning and site reviews related to detailed planning.

The tasks consist of drawing up general and detailed plans and other land use development plans.

The assignments include the completion of the zoning project in such a way that it includes the preparation of statutory documents related to the planning process and interaction with stakeholders. The assignment includes the production of material at different stages as a basis for making a decision by the municipality.

The task includes terrain measurements and soil surveys for planning.

Terrain measurements follow the guidelines drawn up by the municipality.

Soil surveys are handed over in electronic form in a separately agreed manner.

Tenders may also be submitted only for either soil surveys or soil measurements.
