1. The subject of the order are deliveries of small arms ammunition caliber 9x19 mm Parabellum with TFMJ projectile, made in accordance with the "Technical Specification. Ammunition for small arms 9x19 mm Parabellum cartridge" Registration No. 23/U/BLP/KGP/2015.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 (Assortment form, containing the characteristics of the offered subject of the contract) and Annex 1A to the SWZ (Specyfikacja_techniczna_9x19mm_nabój_Parabellum).

1. The subject of the order are deliveries of small arms ammunition caliber 9x19 mm Parabellum with TFMJ projectile, made in accordance with the "Technical Specification. Ammunition for small arms 9x19 mm Parabellum cartridge" Registration number 23/U/BLP/KGP/2015 in the amount of 1 400 000 pieces.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 (Assortment form, containing the characteristics of the offered subject of the contract) and Annex 1A to the SWZ (Specyfikacja_techniczna_9x19mm_nabój_Parabellum).

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the detailed description of the subject of the contract and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has a concession to conduct business activity in the scope covered by this contract, issued in accordance with the Act of 13 June 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1650) on the performance of business activity in the field of production and trade in explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technology for military or police purposes and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 17 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1888) on the classification of types of explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technologies for military or police purposes, the production or marketing of which is required to obtain a license.
