1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office supplies to judicial units located in the area of appeal: Białystok, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Rzeszów and Wrocław, as well as the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Krakow and the Procurement Centre for the Judiciary Institution of Budgetary Management, jointly referred to as the Units. (The list of Entities for which proceedings are conducted is included in Annex 8 to the SWZ.)

2. Deliveries will be made in the form of partial deliveries to the Units, based on orders placed by the Units.

3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, containing the size and scope of the order, is Annex No 2 to SWZ — Description of the subject matter of the order — Price form.

4. Detailed rules for placing orders and implementing partial supplies are defined by the Model Agreement which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.

3. Deliveries shall be made in the form of partial deliveries to the Units, on the basis of orders placed by the Units, via the Ordering Party's IT system, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor.

5. The Ordering Party requires that the shelf life of the offered products be not less than 12 months.

6. Detailed rules for placing orders and partial deliveries are set out in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

7. The Order shall be executed for a period of 12 months starting from the date indicated in the statement made by the Ordering Party, falling no later than 3 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

8. On the basis of the Ordering Party's statement(s), the deadline specified in point 7 may be extended by the time indicated by the Ordering Party, but for a period not longer than 6 months.

9. Special cases and conditions for changing the date of performance of the contract are specified in the Model Agreement – Annex 5 to the SWZ.

10. The maximum deadline for individual partial deliveries is 5 business days from the date of placing the order (on the terms set out in the Model Agreement – Annex 5 to the SWZ).
