NHS Birmingham East and North on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull Cluster of PCTs (includes NHS Heart of Birmingham, NHS South Birmingham, NHS Solihull PCT, NHS Birmingham East and North), on behalf of NHS Black Country Cluster and West Midlands Police Authority and in partnership with Birmingham City Council, Solihull Community Safety Partnership, Coventry Community Safety Partnership, Walsall Metropolitan Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Council, Dudley Metropolitan Council, and Wolverhampton Community Safety Partnership to commission a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC).
