The Employer informs that the estimated quantities of the ordered materials given in Annex 6 to the ToR are indicative and are used to select the best offer.

The Employer reserves the right to change the amount of materials of individual types, while maintaining the unit prices presented by the Contractor in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the ToR, up to the maximum amount of the gross contract. The actual quantities of the deliveries carried out may differ from the average amounts indicated in Annex 6 - "Description of the object of the contract". The final amount of individual materials will result from the actual needs of the Employer during the contract period.

The contractor bears the costs of transport, insurance and packaging materials for the duration of transport to the place of delivery.

The ordered materials will be delivered to the headquarters of the Employer, ul. Leszka Czarnego 3, 20-610 Lublin, on business days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00. The delivery also includes bringing the office supplies provided to the place indicated by the representative of the Employer.
