This contract is for the performance of a complete integrated service comprising all or part of the following services:

Line item 1 Luxembourg.

Line item 2 Brussels.

— provision and management of an online electronic ordering system and catalogue;

— delivery of the ordered products;

— various associated services such as a ‘Helpdesk’ type technical assistance service, commercial support, training services, or the customisation of certain products.

Supply of disposable products for the catering services of the European Commission in Luxembourg and Brussels.
