A planner for all environmental issues (incl. UBB and BBB) is procured for phases DP to IBN/DAW. The planner has the task of incorporating the environmental notes from the AP into the corresponding technical reports of the DP and developing specifications for the execution of the six SABA in detail. In addition, environmental construction supervision and soil science construction supervision are required. SABA currently has different project planning statuses. A SABA will be publicly available in October 2022. For four more, the public edition (separately per SABA) is planned for 2023. A SABA is not expected to be publicly launched until 2024. The PV takes over the individual SABA after their planning approval (variable timing) and creates a detailed project that can be approved.
