The service consists in the organization and implementation of language camps for 701 children and youth from Ukraine during the summer holidays. A detailed description is included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is to organize holidays for children and youth from Ukraine in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship during the summer holidays of 2023 (24.06.2023 – 31.08.2023), through the organization of language colonies for the purpose of active integration of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, regeneration of physical and mental strength, combined with deepening knowledge in the field of the Polish language, developing skills, attitudes, interests, obtaining a qualification or acquiring competences. The order includes the organization of summer camps combined with learning Polish for 701 children and youth from Ukraine aged 7-14 who came to Polish from February 24, 2022 and stay in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and who will obtain qualifications or acquire competences as part of the support provided. Duration of rest min.: 10 days (9 nights)*, and the number of hours of learning Polish min.: 2 hours of lessons (90 min) per day (certificate / certificate of obtaining competence in Polish language training). Not all groups of children have to be located in one center (they can be in different places), provided that each of these centers meets the requirements set out in the OPZ regarding location, attractions, food and care of qualified personnel. * A larger number of days of language colonies is a criterion for evaluating offers (more days of language colonies). If the Contractor declares a larger number of language colony days in its offer, this number will be entered into SOPZ.a) The process and method of recruitment and recruitment of camp participants lies with the contractor. Recruitment for the project takes place on the basis of recruitment documents (Recruitment form with Regulations) provided by the contracting authority and other documents necessary for the contractor to perform the task.
