The framework agreement has various missions:

- study missions (pre-programming studies, urban and architectural specifications book);

- consultancy and project management assistance missions to communities (for the design of public spaces or to support dialogue between communities and private actors / social landlords concerning real estate or renovation projects) ;

- a project management component for the development of public spaces;

- consultation and information tools an order group was formed between the City of Montbrison (coordinator of the group) and Loire Forez Agglomeration for the signing of this framework agreement.
