The subject matter of the contract is:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from property owners
in single-family and multi-family buildings, including mixed multi-family buildings, covered by the municipal waste management system in the Municipality of Stargard, referred to in Article 6c of the Act, in the manner specified in the contract;
2) management of biodegradable waste in the amount of up to 10 920 Mg
from the area of the City of Szczecin Municipality, transferred on the basis of an inter-municipal agreement concluded between the City of Stargard Commune and the City of Szczecin Municipality;
3) collection and collection at the request of the Ordering Party and management of abandoned waste and removal from the public areas of the Municipality of Stargard.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, according to the state known to the Ordering Party as at the date of initiation of the procedure, is specified by SWZ, and in particular the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ – the actual scope of work necessary for the performance of the subject of the contract, falling within the definition of determining the subject of the contract, may differ from the scope described in the procurement documents.
