The contracting entity wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement on further development and scaling of the Tourism Data platform on the West Coast. The platform is launched and ready to operate with existing content. In 2021, they have three west coast destinations; Destination Wadden Sea Coast, Destination North Sea and Destination Nordvestkysten in collaboration with Danish Coastal and Nature Tourism (DKNT) and VisitDenmark (VDK) established a common data platform (Platform 1.0) consisting of a data catalog, a number of corporate dashboards and secured a number of APIs for various data sources. This project went by the name "Vestkysten:Digital", it has matured on the West Coast and is now in the process of being scaled via Danish Coastal and Nature Tourism and VisitDenmark to the rest of Denmark's destination companies. Under the auspices of the project "Vestkysten som Powerbrand" and as a frontrunner to a common national data platform, the Contracting Authority wishes to continue working with the tool and infrastructure created and make further adjustments to the Contracting Entity's local needs. For this, the Contracting Authority needs a partner who can assist the Contracting Entity with the technical work as well as ensuring progress in the development and adaptation of new models and functions based on the Contracting Entity's needs. The contracting entity wants to enter into a collaboration that can support scaling of existing models in the platform, development of new models and add additional features that do not directly cause new dashboards, but which increase functionality and integration opportunities in the platform. Likewise, as derived from the above, integrations to new systems / data sources will have to be ensured, which will thus expand the existing data catalog. The contracting entity intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with 4 consultants. The framework agreement is offered for a period of 48 months. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 6,500,000.
