The outdoor facilities around the new building of the Faculty of Technology DHBW-Stuttgart include the district delimited by the sidewalks of Hegelstrasse, Lerchenstrasse, Hoppenlau- and Rosenbergstrasse. The outdoor area is divided into 3 forecourts in front of the entrances. The following are to be carried out: preparatory work, excavation work, technical installations, covering work, installation of equipment (prefabricated concrete parts and Corten steel edges), stairways, vegetation work including completion and development maintenance. Installation of drip irrigation. Green roofs, in-situ concrete coverings and the creation of traffic areas on urban grounds are not part of the service. The scope of the landscaping work includes:

- ground movements (approx. 780 m 3 )

- trench excavation (250 m 3 )

- Substructure / superstructure for on-site concrete surfaces (approx. 1 225 m 2 )

- Water-bound pathways (approx. 865 m 2 )

- concrete block steps (300 m)

- angled retaining wall (40 m)

- Corten steel edges (350 m)

- concrete seating elements (90 m)

- drainage channel (80 m)

- Bicycle leaning bracket (180 pieces)

- Planting solitary trees (13 pieces) and herbaceous grass areas (610 m 2 )

- Completion and development maintenance
