The offer relates to the supply of toys for Jysk Joint Purchase including Favrskov, Rebild, Mariagerfjord, Skanderborg, Syddjurs, Norddjurs, Viborg and Skive Kommuner. The offer is valid for all administrations, departments and institutions owned by the contracting entity, including the self-governing institutions, to the extent possible under the applicable operating agreement. Skanderborg Municipality's self-governing institutions are entitled, but are not obliged to buy in to the framework agreement. The expected turnover per year: DKK 3 100 000.
Expected turnover is calculated on the basis of previous activity and expected activity changes with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected turnover is thus not binding on the contracting entity. The same applies to quantities listed in Appendix 3 offer list.
The contracting entity has chosen not to divide the supply into sub-agreements, based on an assessment of what the market can deliver, as well as what provides the best financial incentive, including economies of scale, and the best terms for both the contracting entity and the tenderer.
The framework agreement offered has a term of 48 months. After 24 months, the framework agreement can be terminated by the Contractor with a 6 month notice, thus the minimum length of the framework agreement is 30 months. Terms of termination are set out in clause 1 of the Framework Agreement. Third
