The contract has as its object the assignment of maintenance and assistance services to users with a dedicated help-desk of the TPCS, port community system of the ADSP-MTS for a period of 36 months plus a possible technical extension period for a maximum of 6 months. The award includes services, as detailed in Article 7 of the Technical Specifications "Description of the services to be awarded".

The services cover the entire TPCS ecosystem and all new services that will be released into production during the reporting period.
