1. The subject of this contract is a service consisting in:

1) the collection, transport and management of municipal waste resulting

and collected on all real estate where residents live in the Municipality of Cegłów and real estate on which there are summer houses and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, as well as collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected from organizational units and entities subordinate to the Municipality of Cegłów.

2) the collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected selectively at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste, located in the Municipal Municipality of Cegłów, in the village of Cegłów at 37 H. Dobrzyckiego Street (hereinafter “PSZOK”);

3) collection, transport and management of waste from the removal of "illegal landfills" located in the Municipality of Cegłów.
